The work was done good however it took forever to get the job started.

The work done was very good and quick. Workers came early and were friendly. A drawback for me was that they spoke no English so communicating was a bit difficult. Didn't understand why excess materials were left behind until I contacted the office and was told they had no way to dispose of them. Now I have to figure out how I am going to be able to transport and dispose of 2 18-20 foot long poles.

The gat has not been installed correctly and there are problems with the fence. I call ultra fence asking them to come and inspect but no one has show up yet.

Ultra Fence was great from booking through to completion of the project. The receptionist, owner, and workers were responsive and professional. Lazaro, the owner, showed up on time for our appointment. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price. The work crew was professional and efficient. They completed the fence quickly. It was done well. It was a pleasure dealing with each of them. I highly recommend them, and would hire again if I had the need.

Lazaro Fence certainly knows how to make a nice fence and install a nice fence. The problem is that they cannot get out to do the fence in an orderly manner, they actively avoid phone calls when they know they are delayed, and consistently tell you one thing, when the truth is another. We decided to be patient with the permit process, then patient to start the install although the fence was supposedly totally ready. Now we are painfully close to finishing and Lazaro cannot get the guys out (3+ weeks now) to finish the hour or so needed to finish the job. On top of it, Lazaro will not call me back. The office occasionally answers but it seems like their hands are tied. I would be happy to delete or change this review if Lazaro promptly finishes the job, but after finding Lazaro Fence on HomeAdvisor in the first place and trusting the rating, I think it s important that others know. If you look at Yelp you will see the same negative comments.

I am satisfied with the job and the price is one of the best in the market.

The fence was installed last Saturday and looks great.

A job that was scheduled to be done in one day it took 3. There were issues with the logistics of the building materials that delayed the work have a day. There were some issues in the work, but the company took care of all the issues to our total satisfaction.
