Hired them to find out why my pool filter was losing pressure as soon as I went to vacuum. The owner Chris couldn't figure it out. I paid him for the service call and he said he'd phone a friend and come back. Today he came back and told me to vac on waste. When I argued that's not the solution he got nasty and I threw him off my property. I told him I'd be leaving a review on HomeAdvisor. His reply was that he's got over 100 great reviews. A bad on from an a$$hole won't hurt him. Be warned!

"Fred, sorry to say but we actually did figure it out. Please be honest about your reviews. You left out the most important part about how we figured out the issue and you did not agree with it! You cursed at us before we ever took it to that level be honest with your reviews, Fred. Also please do not forget we are the ones who figured out the main reason for your service call cloudy water! Determined your grids inside of your filter were no good. I guess you forgot to put that in your review. Then we came back at no charge and stayed for almost an hour for you and still could not satisfy you because you did not agree with our diagnosis."

"Sorry you feel this way We strongly feel we went above and beyond at the opening. Scooped leaves out off of a cover that was in the pool upon arrival at no additional charge! Never rushed and explained everything to your husband. Even showed him how to backwash the filter. Most company?s wouldn?t do what we did that?s why we are so blown away by this review. We answered every question he had for us. Sorry we couldn?t satisfy you we hope you find a company that can."

When my pool cover was removed all of the debris was dumped into the pool. Pool not cleaned. Cartridge for filter not in and pump was running. Pool is still green and having a very hard time cleaning. Gave a$70.00 tip for them getting parts for the filter and their enthusiasm but overall feel the job was incomplete.

"Donna we went above and beyond for you spent 3 hours at your pool opening. Went out of our way to pick up hoses for you and reconnect the hoses under the deck for an hour and got caught in a rain storm but still finished the job. We took whatever little leaves and debris you had off of the cover nothing went into the pool you had minimal leaves on the cover thats why we didnt charge you for a cover cleaning. Who would tip $70 if there not happy with the services. 2-3 weeks later because your pool isnt clean your leaving a negative review if you needed your pool cleaned you should of set up a cleaning! Very shocked by this review."

The men came promptly to open our pool and had it up and running well for Memorial Day Weekend. They come weekly to service the pool and do a great job. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Price quoted was reasonable.
