I had the crew from Lazarus take care of a full punch list plus install skylights, lighting, build a large shed addition and repair flooring. They built a kitchen pantry, replaced doors, fixtures.and also installed a beautiful kitchen vent above my stove. Their work 10 years later is still solid. They are honest, incredible communicators and go the extra mile to make the most demanding client (ME!) happy. Daniela was very patient with my dog and crazy schedule. A pleasure to have in my home.You could not find a better crew in the Triangle.

Lazarus Repair and Maintenance are fantastic! Hiring them was a great experience from start to finish. They were courteous and efficient throughout, from giving us a quote shortly after we'd been in touch, to offering to start work the day after the quote. The work came in exactly at the amount quoted, was of great quality, and they did an excellent job cleaning up too. To top it all off, Daniela and Lazaro are lovely people. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Lazarus Repair and they came out one business day later. I was surprised at the quick response. And even more surprised when they did the work on the same day. I expected to wait another week to get on their schedule to do the work. They were very nice and the price was very fair. I will definitely use this company again.

They responded quickly. The gave a accurate estimate. They arrived on time. High quality of work. Very fair price. Respectful of my home and time. Called me if and when anything changed. Polite and friendly. Followed up to see if I needed anything else or wanted to change the work they did for me. If I could rate them a "10" I would.
