Lazurick Contracting

I made a downpayment the last week in March of 2021 and as of yet the building has yet to start I checked with the Ewing township .all plans have not been submitted I have no idea why I just want the work done before it gets too cold.

The job was a board that had come loose on the house next to the deck. This was a short job - less than an hour - and Kevin was able to fit me in to his schedule within a week, which I thought was reasonable. The job was completed nicely and the cost was reasonable. The new board was white, but had a few spots that needed to be cleaned. I was able to fix that myself. He also noticed that my deck needed to be sealed and suggested that I have that done, but did not pressure me to hire him for the job. He gave me a quote and instructions on what to do if I chose to do it myself. I may have called during the busy season because I had to call a few times before Kevin was able to get back to me, but once he did he was very responsive.

It was a pleasure to work with Kevin Lazurick. I had several issues with the bathroom that were damage at my house. Mr. Lazurick handled these issues in a very professional manner. He was very patient with me and handled things with the manufacturer smoothly and efficiently. The diligence and dedication demonstrated by Mr. Lazurick reflects well on his company (LAZURICK CONTRACTING). My husband(doug) and I(christine) also would like to thank you for Mr. Lazurick on the quality of service he provided and great contribution.

Kevin is great to work with. He gets back to you quickly and does a neat job. He takes interest in the project and goes up and beyond to help remedy the problem.

This fellow is a small operation so fabulous for the small job others don"t or won't do. He did my 3 basement hopper windows, First rate workmanship! excellent price!

Kevin is a true professional, passionate about his work product and an expert in his trade! Completed a variety of handyman projects in our home on time and at reasonable rates. Certainly someone I would hire without hesitation as and when the need arises and the first person I would call! He is certainly someone I would recommend to friends & family!

Not Great Work!!! I had Kevin do 2 jobs for me the 1st job was the kitchen it took him a while to finsh it and he had to do touch ups but in the it was Good . Next I wanted the bathroom tiled and the house painted . His tile work was sloppy he tried to fix it up but in the end the bathroom was ok but not great. The house painting and wall repair was not good at all it took him over a month and the repairs and paint still look bad . He tried to fix the paint and patch work job but he lacks the skills to make the proper repairs . Kevin is a nice respectful guy and best used for small jobs and rental property repairs . Over all I over paid him

He was very nice to deal with and did a great job on refinishing my dining room table.
