I made a downpayment the last week in March of 2021 and as of yet the building has yet to start I checked with the Ewing township .all plans have not been submitted I have no idea why I just want the work done before it gets too cold.

"Unfortunately, Ewing township is so backed up that even though paperwork has been submitted it can be weeks before review and showing in the system. It took them 5 months to approve the plans and I do not control the process. I could not do anything to speed up the process and the work is 100% dependent on township approval and inspection process. The current situation with the pandemic and many other factors are causing delays and problems that every homeowner needs to be aware of these days. This job is nearly complete and there have been no problems with the work since we have been able to proceed. It is unfortunate that this was posted without speaking with me to understand the delay. I like This customer and have been working very hard to give them a quality job that they can be happy with for years to come."

The job was a board that had come loose on the house next to the deck. This was a short job - less than an hour - and Kevin was able to fit me in to his schedule within a week, which I thought was reasonable. The job was completed nicely and the cost was reasonable. The new board was white, but had a few spots that needed to be cleaned. I was able to fix that myself. He also noticed that my deck needed to be sealed and suggested that I have that done, but did not pressure me to hire him for the job. He gave me a quote and instructions on what to do if I chose to do it myself. I may have called during the busy season because I had to call a few times before Kevin was able to get back to me, but once he did he was very responsive.

It was a pleasure to work with Kevin Lazurick. I had several issues with the bathroom that were damage at my house. Mr. Lazurick handled these issues in a very professional manner. He was very patient with me and handled things with the manufacturer smoothly and efficiently. The diligence and dedication demonstrated by Mr. Lazurick reflects well on his company (LAZURICK CONTRACTING). Not Great Work!!! I had Kevin do 2 jobs for me the 1st job was the kitchen it took him a while to finsh it and he had to do touch ups but in the it was Good . Next I wanted the bathroom tiled and the house painted . His tile work was sloppy he tried to fix it up but in the end the bathroom was ok but not great. The house painting and wall repair was not good at all it took him over a month and the repairs and paint still look bad . He tried to fix the paint and patch work job but he lacks the skills to make the proper repairs . Kevin is a nice respectful guy and best used for small jobs and rental property repairs . Over all I over paid him

"i respect Mr A's opinion but in fairness he was an overly particular customer when it came to paint finish work. he used my service because i did the work for very low prices and allowed him to actully have me do twice the quoted work for the same initial price. even his could not see the problems with the paint finishes noted by her husdand. i have done work for customers who are much more demanding and still have had excellent results and reviews. to this day they are some of my best repete customers and they truely appreciate the quality of work and service i provide them as well as show me the respect i deserve for serving them."

A hardworker and honest. Found him in 2008 and still use him on my rentals today. I'm always confident that when he does a job it will be done right. If by chance it isn't, he has no problem owning up to his mistake and fixing it. He stands behind his work and I do too.
