Chronically late. Coul not keep help. Broke a lot of our stuff while cleaning, did not replace. Was always in a hurry after they got here and was knocking stuff down and breaking stuff trying to get out as soon as they could. Stayed no more than two hours and was taking several smoke breaks. Promised a lot and did not deliver. BAD ATTITUDE!

You may want to check to see if she or a helper has stolen from a client. We had a bi-weekly arrangement. When last here, which was the week before Thanksgiving, she left her card with her next cleaning date to be Dec. 7th. She did no arrive and did not phone. Something went missing from our home the last day she and a new helper came. A very odd set of circumstances.
