There was a problem with the meter block, which Con Edison had to unlock before it could be addressed. Though Con Ed failed to meet the first appointment they made to unlock the block, Paul stayed on top of them until they showed up. The next day, Joe, the tech, arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem was. He fixed it, told me what to do if it happened again, and let me know that a more permanent fix might be required. Would I use Leader Electric again and/or recommend them? ABSOLUTELY :-)!!

I received a call from Leader shortly after I registered my need on Home Advisor. Travis communicated well with respect to the project, the estimate and arranging the work. All insurance and licensing info was submitted to my building's Resident Manager promptly. Work was scheduled & completed promptly. Ellis who did the work, was courteous, professional and did a good job. Total cost was significantly lower than another company estimate.
