Write a ReviewPrompt, courtious. Knew what doing, reasonable price. On top of everything. Very honest. Asked for no money up front.
Very pleased with the results.. Their crew showed up on time and replaced the whole system in half a day..cleaned everything up and I am happy to be enjoying cold air conditioning again..
did the job well
Awesome! They had a same day appointment and did not try to tack on the "Emergency Service Call" fees like the company who installed the t
This was a positive experience. Mike and his team was very professional and answered all my questions. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and completed the project within 5 hours. I will be using Leading Air Cooling and Heating for all my AC, heating and duct projects. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Sarah Howard
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and nice. They were respectful and listened to what I had to say. Mike is great as is Richie. The two fellows who followed up were so nice as well. I recommend these folks for all AC problems.
Prompt professional competitive pricing. No up sell.
Fast, friendly and courteous. They explained what was going on throughout their visit. I loved that they pointed out when they used chemicals that the dog and kids should stay away from. They got my family cool again!
Great service, would always recommend, now and in the future.
Hired for maintenance because my power bill had gone up & wanted to make sure the AC was functioning properly. They were well over an hour late outside the scheduled time. I had to call them to find out what was going on. The overall impression of the company is seat of the pants not very professional. They came & the service man spent a considerable amount of time on the unit supposedly performing maintenance. At the end they said I needed a new condenser that was under warranty but it would be $1750. I said i?d it under advisement. The young tech seemed very nervous. They couldn?t provide me a bill at the end until some time later. My uncertainty prompted me to hire an well established AC firm to do a maintenance check. The service from the first contractor has missed several items or not been completed at all. Additionally there was nothing wrong with my compressor. So it was either incompetence or dishonesty. You be the judge. So the rating is deserved.
Good evening, This is Mike the owner of Leading Air and Heat. Thank you for your review. As always, our technicians try to be as accurate as possible. I have reviewed what our technician Richie discovered during the visit. He recorded the compressor amperages jumping from 17amps back down to 4 amps during its run cycle. The hesitation to recommend the compressor replacement is understood as it is quite costly. This is what lead Richie to the decision of advising a replacement of the warranty compressor. I understand that the diagnostic was not to your satisfaction and the price on the full repair might have been out of your price-range. Regardless, we appreciate any feedback we receive and we have already implemented some more training times during work-hours to help boost our technicians confidence on diagnostics. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to preform work on your system.
