"Dear Sir, When we completed the job we walked the job over with you. You looked me in the eyes told me you were very happy with the quality of work that was done smiled and handed me the check for the balance due. We used the material you instructed us to. We also done a lot of extra work on the floor for your bath tub because it was falling in. We also put more materials in your home than we were suppose to to make it look better. We did not charge you for any of this. We also took before and after pictures incase you would like to see them I would be happy to bring them over and walk your job out again with you."
