Tom responded to our inquiry immediately, was prompt for our appt. and gave us an on the spot quote. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the job and did everything required and more. He arrived promptly both days on the job. He was professional and pleasant to work with, and we were extremely happy with the quality of the work.
