I am a senior citizen and was very nervous to make a big commitment for siding. Immediately, I was very impressed with David Wienecke, Senior Field Consultant. He was very knowledgeable of the product. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line that very first meeting. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I had to wait a few months before committing to the installation and David was very patient during this time as well. I talked to several other siding companies and they were all very expensive and I did not feel as comfortable with any of them as I did with Leading Edge. When we committed, David was patient again to explain everything all over and he went above and beyond expectations in helping me select the right color by providing pictures, in field examples and product samples. The installers were very pleasant and courteous. Anytime I had questions they would stop and explain the procedure and why it was done that way. They handled themselves in a professional manner. What I especially appreciated was the way Chris Cayo, the owner, and David Wienecke would come over on a regular basis and check on the performance of their installers. A++ customer service! My neighbors all love it. Great value and great product. I love Leading Edge!

This company is excellent and I highly recommend them for quality of work, cost of service, and superior customer service (the best I have experienced in all the contract work I have ever dealt with)! Dave W. came out for the consultation. He is very knowledgable about the siding products and he presented the facts very clearly. He was kind and patient and did not pressure us at all. In fact, we waited 7 months before doing the work. We interviewed 4 other companies in the meantime and only felt confident and comfortable with Leading Edge. They offered a very high quality product at the best price. We felt very comfortable with Dave and trusted him and his representation of the company. Of course, we also evaluated the prior reviews of the company and liked what we found. The owner, Chris, was extremely quick to solve the only issue experienced during the install when an electrical line was cut on the wall. The installers were great! Their workmanship is of a superior quality and they were very kind answering my mother's questions during the install. We are very happy with the home siding and my Mom has received many compliments from many of the neighbors on how beautiful it looks. Thanks Leading Edge!

Chris really went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired properly. There was water damage beneath my old siding and they repaired all the water damage and made sure it was sealed properly so it wouldn't happen again. My new siding looks great!

Chris and his installation team were very efficient. It was obvious the had worked together for some time. They addressed all the comments I had during the construction process.

January, 2019, repair of siding at roof level of our chimney and panel underneath due to water damage. We also had hail damage that needed paint touch-up. We'd had our roof replaced recently and discovered that the horizontal panels where our gutters had been attached was never originally painted. We needed to have this painting done as soon as possible so that we could put the new gutters on. David is great, slid us into their schedule, and the team's work was completed in one day. So nice to get a relatively small-ish house repair over and done and for a reasonable price.

Fixed the siding problem with no major issues, very transparent and responsive. Have now hired them for a roof replacement.

Chris was quick to reach out and set up my appointment. From there, David has been very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He came out and evaluated my house, provided suggestions and has made the process super easy. David's main concern is that you, the homeowner, is happy and is not just trying to push product. What a refreshing change from the typical salesman! Very professional team and recommend to anyone looking to replace their siding and/or roofing.

Chris (the owner) is very professional and a pleasure to work with. His team were very efficient, friendly and did a great job. Including clean up!

Chris from Leading Edge was very helpful and prompt. He was able to get a stucco repair guy to our house pretty quickly, the work was done timely and looks great. The quality of work and attention to detail was better than expected.
