Installing this product was the biggest mistake of our entire home owning life. Yes it keeps the leaves out of the gutter BUT when it rains hard the water rolls right over the top of the mesh so you just as well not have rain gutters AND during the winter the mesh causes ice dams which again eliminates the use of the rain gutters. Our front porch was an ice skating rink all winter. Oh ya, if you install this you have to install heat tape (something the sales guy didnâ  t tell us). We want the product off our house and our money back, they wonâ  t cause it is warranted against keeping leaves out of the gutter... all the other problems are my problems. Donâ  t install this product!

Mike Holloway the Salt Lake manager is very unprofessional, he didn't want to listen to my concerns about the product that we paid over $2,000 for that is not working, Mike hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service. Horrible product that does not work. I still have leaking gutters worse than before. They use sub contractors that only get a 2 day in class room training to install the product. The Salt Lake manager over the installers Mike Holloway is very unprofessional. I finally was able to talk to him today after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of a manger to fix the leaking gutter problem that is causing a major safety issue at my house with ice all up my stairs to my front door. Mike didn't listen to me or my safety issue. I asked him if I could talk to his boss and he told me he didn't have a boss, that he was his own boss. I guess he didn't like me asking to talk to his boss because he hung up on me after I asked if I could talk to his boss. Very unprofessional Mike Holloway, you never hang up on a customer, especially when that customer has spent a lot of money for the company product. After Mike hung up on me I called the call service center again and they told me Mike didn't want to talk to me anymore. I asked the call service lady if she could get me on the phone with Mike's boss so I could talk to him. Funny Mike, guess what? You have a boss. I was able to talk to him and I finally after 2 weeks of try to get someone over to my house to fix the leak problem we have a schedule appointment tomorrow. Mike has been reported for his unprofessional approach and I hope the company reprimands him for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

Very professional group, salesman and installer. The work was completed in a timely manner.

It was going ok. Thought it was over price and found out they were installing new gutter as well. I was not told I would be getting new gutters. After being rescheduled multiple times and the local installation manger was not helpful. I talk to Brain Snow the Ops Manger for all of Utah and I let the installation go though. On August 9th and 10th 2018 I was finally install. This was 2 weeks after the original appointment. On August 10th 2018 I found that there was damage done. I sign the paper work and noted there was damage done and call Brain Snow. To this day September 12th 2018 the damage is still not repaired. I would not recommend this company.
