Terrible customer service, felt lied and cheated by this company. The seller offer me a credit card in which I was going to be able to pay in 6 months interest free. I received my useless credit card statement (useless because cannot be used anywhere else) and surprise the run the transaction as a regular sale. Now I have to pay the full balance before the due date or get screwed with high interest, I am stuck with a useless card, stuck with hard inquire on my credit report for 2 years for nothing! Really disappointed with this experience. Also, they charge me extra $100 on the sale because I was supposed to get it financed in 6 months and at the end I did not.

Faulty product. Scheduling is pointless. They will not show up. When you call and ask where they are, they always have an excuse why they are late or did not show up. I have had the product on my gutters for almost a year now and it does not live up to the standards they gave. When it rains, the water just flows right over the top of the filter, skipping the gutter completely, and flooding my patio. Will be filing a lawsuit soon because the Memphis office will not answer the phone or return calls any longer.
