For the first time in the 35 years that I've owned my house, I don't have water spilling over the gutters. The two workers who came here worked all day, were very conscientious and knowledgeable, and even cleaned the green moss off my roof. They were easy to work with and left the place clean.

The entire process was very easy and efficient from start to finish. Service was outstanding, I love my new gutters. Would highly recommend without reservation.

The sales rep, Marc, was completely unprofessional. He decided to miss the first appointment, because he did not feel like coming back To the area I was located at. I did no receive a call or an appointment to reschedule. After waiting around wondering where this person was, I finally called, and he basically stated that he was already in that area earlier the day before and did not feel like returning later, but then said he would come the following day. When he finally did arrive, he brought in the wrong product, and seemed completely unorganized. He did not listen to anything I had to say, and seemed to want to sell me products that he was trying to get rid of, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. After giving me a quote, he was really pushy about settling for the product. When the guys came to put up the siding (all of whom were completely professional and nice) , it turned out Marc ordered the wrong product. When I confronted him, he insisted it was MY fault, and gave me 3 additional prices for getting the RIGHT product even though we had already settled on a price. His attitude to this was, oh it’s only an extra $1,400. For some people maybe that is ONLY an extra few dollars but for me being a single female supporting family members, yes that is a big deal. Completely rude and unprofessional! He was completely insulting on the phone and claimed he was the owner when I requested to speak to owner. The end product looks good. And when I finally reached the REAL owner, he seemed guenuine. I also did find later that my grill was broken when moved around by the workers. Overall, I’m not sure if it was worth the headache, money that I didn’t expect to spend, and stress.

Leaf Free Gutters far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do work on their home. My neighbors recommended them to me & told me how happy they were with the job done at their home. I originally met with the salesman, Noel, who was very friendly and informative. The men who came to put the gutters on my house were polite & professional & very hard workers. I have already told one of my co-workers to use this company because I was so happy with a job well done. And their prices are unbeatable. I will be needing a new roof in the next year or so & I will absolutely be calling them again! I would give this company an A+++.
