This is a horrible company to work with. DO NOT buy from them. Their customer support is very poor and the staff is very rude. They never show up for scheduled service repairs, which happens often. The stairlift hasnâ  t worked properly since being installed. Paid $8,600 and really wish I had given my money to another company.

Price was quite a bit higher than competitors, but fast install was needed. They were able to do it the fastest, which solved our need.

Electrician punched hole in drywall. Neglected to repair it. Chairlift installation was quick and efficient. We are pleased with the lifts but displeased with damaged drywall.
