We hired them 1 year ago...I wanted to wait 1 year, until I could see how the new gutters & leaf guards worked in 4 different seasons, under different weather conditions...The leaf guards did indeed keep all the leaves out-of-the-gutters and the leaves on top of the guards did eventually blow-off, with the wind ,just like the salesman said...In the winter, there was a lot of snow & ice on top of the guards, which was a lot of weight , but the new leaf guards worked fine and held-up...The rain flows into the leaf guards and into the new gutters ,like it should...We Highly Recommend Leaf Pro USA of Rochester - Buffalo , LLC.

The first time it rained after the gutters were installed I noticed the water was dripping from between the roof and the gutters. I have been leaving messages and sending emails to the salesman and have gotten no response back. Every time I call I get the same message that they are overwhelmed with phone calls and will respond back quickly... It has been 2 weeks since the first message I left. They are way overpriced, only have a one-year warranty, and do not respond when there is a problem. I feel like I have been scammed. 4/29/22 Just found out I was scammed! The owner of the company bugged out and didn't even pay his employees what they were owed!

Writing this review approximately one week after hiring LeafPro to replace a gutter, because the gutter is already leaking in multiple spots read on Prior to hiring them, we agreed to a fee to replace the gutter, signed a contract, and when the contractor arrived to do the repair they said it was going to cost an additional 40% more then what we agreed to in our signed contract. After much arguing back and forth, and basically saying that I was going to hire someone else if they did not honor our contract, they agreed to do it for the price we originally agreed to because they had already purchased the material. And now here I am waiting for their service department to call me back to repair the gutter THEY installed seven days ago. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because they completed the job quickly after providing a quote.

Came to a corner when installing leaf filters that dripped. We asked the installer, when working at the site, if his work would stop the drip. He said it would. It drips more than before. Poor worksmanship!

Horrible customer service and very aggressive while selling me something I did not want.

Poor installation changed pitch resulting in more water than before in certain areas, downspouts on garage all crooked, never plugged the holes in fascia from previous gutters.

The subcontractor was outstanding. Quality of product excellent.

The subcontractor on this gutter job was named joseph gravano and son Their work ethic was A1 every detail waslooked at and done superb I would greatly recommend this company Father and son were courteous loved everything about them would definitely recommend thaem

Good product! A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. There was a little confusion about installation date, but all was resolved quickly and without fuss.

They were good. They did the job.

I was a bit disappointed when we had a scheduled appointment and they never showed and I had to call twice in order to get a response back as to why they did not show up and it took over two hours to get the callback. We took time out of our work schedules to be here and did not receive a call and when I did get thecall back they said that they did not have the materials available so why did not call me at 8 AM when you found this out so we rescheduled contractors finally came out and told us when they got here that they did not have all the materials that we requested.

Very professional people. The owner and the manager were in contact with us at all times. They honored the estimate that was given even though it was much lower than it should have been. Wonderful people to deal with. I will highly recommend them. And they agreed to come back and fix something that had messed up after they left.

The contractor honored the estimate even though it was written wrong and was priced wrong ar a much liwer price than what it should have been. They still still did they work it the quoted price and did an amazing job. There was even a part missing and they are sending the cobtractor back to fix it. Very pkeased with the work done. Will recommend them any day. Thank you.

Well, I must be the exception with this company because...I hired this company primarily for a very specific job of covering a hole that I have in the back of my house by the gutters and squirrels were coming inside the house, I was very specific with the person about this problem and they convinced me that the best thing would be to change the cutters and that would take care of the problem, and it will look nice ...well, what happens? when I came home from work it looked very nice and very professional in the front of the house but when I looked in the back to see if the area was completely covered, they left that part incomplete leaving the problem I had before...I called numerous times and the response would be, we will send someone over and they never came...I was going to give this company a very good review at first and even give a recommendation but after this, I changed my mind. Now I have to look for a way or do it myself, this after I paid and trusted their word that they will take care of this little problem...I give this company 5 stars because they really did a good job with the new gutters and the installation was fast but sadly when called about this small problem they ignore me. By the way sadly with this, they lost my consideration for another that I need in my house...

Nothing short of perfection!!!

Leaf Pro contracted this job out. The installers damaged the edges of my roof in multiple places as well as the trim above the gutters while either installing the new gutters or taking the old ones out. When we contacted Leaf Pro, they basically told us no way they caused the damage. After many calls to them they finally asked us to send pictures. After we sent them pictures, we have not received any kind of response nor has anyone returned our calls.
