They agreed to come on a particular date but when that date came they canceled due to overbooking and was uncertain about when they could get back. The contract specified a particular date of when they could get job would start and would be completed, yet Derek was trying to insist that I canceled the job. Instead, they never honored their contract service and canceled first. I even made attempts to call main office to have work done within timeframe allotted but no callback. They are insisting I canceled the job when in fact, they never provided a service. The sales person was great but will not use them if this their practice.

The gutters have had running clean for the last two years with no overflow or vegetation growth issues. The price was a bit higher than expected, still reasonable for the level of protection. Coming from two to four annual cleanings per year , we no longer overflows and the discoloration and trim damage since they were installed.
