Signed contract in June 2026 with a deposit of $7,000. (it's a big job). Salesman said it would be a few weeks since he was setting this up as a commercial job. A few days later with NO notice another man showed up walking around my property. I went outside to introduce myself. He looked at me and said, "I don't think we can do this. It's going to take a qualified and skilled team." I didn't know what to say. I was shocked (And stunned. Isn't LeafFilter qualified with skilled teams? I thought so, which is why I signed the contract), so I stood there. He stayed for a little longer then left and that's it. I've heard nothing further. I've called three times to check on the status of the installation date and no response. The last phone call, they've escalated this to the highest priority for the Cleveland, OH office. Still nothing. Right now, damage is being done. We removed our gutters due to renovation and discussed that with the salesman prior to signing. Zero rating if I could.

Good work. Good folks

They arrived early, but since I wasn’t home, they patiently waited until I got back. The project lead was incredibly informative throughout the entire process.

There were a few delays with scheduling and the job took a lot longer than expected. The guys worked hard and in the end did a great job. Communication could be improved.

Rebecca from LeafFilter stayed focused on what we were interested in having done, an effective gutter guard. Others tried to sell us other products and spent quite a lot of time selling something we were not interested in.
