Leak Pro came to us recommended by Wimsatt. Tom gave us the best price and I got six estimates. We have a very large roof and the work was done professionally and on time. Would give him 6 stars if I could.

Prompt response from contractor, including inspection and quotation. Workers arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Clean-up was excellent and work appears to be well done. Owner, Mr. Monahan, was courteous and apparently very knowledgeable regarding the particular technology of the flat roof as requested. I would heartily recommend.

Tom came out to inspect the roof on our duplex dwelling. He was honest and told me that he did not find anything wrong with the roof. He pointed out some areas to keep an eye for the future. i appreciate him being honest and there was no cost to me.

They were great. They did their assessment on my old skylight and explained what was wrong and what they recommended. They were very knowledgeable and gave me a competitive rate quote. The quote they gave was comprehensive so I knew what I was getting and the exact price that I was going to pay. I would definitely recommend them for another job.

Promptly called and came out for an estimate and brochure. Promptly provided a written estimate. Didn't try to upsell. Prompt and fast installation. So far no leaks. My only constructive criticism - the drywall was damaged and then caulked to cover up part of the damage. I wasn't surprised by the damage since the project was to replace existing skylights. But, I had to ask for a referral for that repair - the referral should have been volunteered, especially since the damage was obvious and unsightly. The handyman turned out to be great though.
