Great work.

The company was doing a good job, the funny thing is ( well not so funny) They created the problem. Said they would come back to fix it and now over a time period of 5-6 months they just put you off.

I had water drainage issues that Leak Shield Pro corrected with tying together all down spouts and driveway drainage into a new sump/ejector pump system. They poured new aggregate concrete sidewalk and driveway in front of garage. Outstanding work. Highly recommend their service.

Very nice gentlemen to work with , efficient on time and very knowledgeable,, actual work to me done March 18&19 so can review better then . So far I’m very pleased

The only negative, they left a lot of concrete and debris behind, didn?t really clean up after themselves, but they were super nice. I?ve contacted the office multiple times to get copies of my receipts and nobody returns my phone calls. I would recommend this company based on the work that was done, but customer service in the office sucks.

We hired Leak Shield Pro to install an egress window in our basement to provide an emergency exit for our daughter's bedroom. Benton came out immediately after I contacted him and gave a detailed estimate. We discussed next steps which included calling "before you dig". After marking our yard, we realized our gas line was in the way of the window. Once Benton found this out, he took the steps to contact LG&E and worked with them get get our line moved without costing us a dime! Window installation went well and it looks wonderful. I would strongly recommend this business.

The pre-inspection visit was rapid, thorough, and the inspector was willing to work to get a fair price while taking consideration our needs and financial budget. Work crew for the project was courteous and worked unceasingly for 2 days to complete the project. There were several very small mistakes made which were noticed after the crew departed but did not affect the overall quality of the project. Overall a good experience and a fair price considering the work that had to be completed.

The drainage issue in my yard look's like it is solved. Will know better when it rain's a good amount again. Very professional. Cann't bet the Life Time Guarantee!

We developed drainage problems in our backyard over the past few rainy seasons. Leak Shield s estimator developed the best plan to address the issues of the three quotes we got for the work. Their quote was a little higher than another quote from an established competitor. My wife and I were skeptical about using a relatively new company, but Leaks Shield s estimator seemed to know what he was doing and was very responsive to questions I had before and after he quoted the work. The foreman and the crew that did the work, were courteous and professional. They did all the work by hand and took pride in their work. The foreman adjusted the plan onsite after seeing the site and taking into consideration some extenuating circumstances such as the neighbors involvement in the project. The crew backfilled the trenches they dug and put what sod they were able to salvage over the backfill. They cleaned up and left the yards pretty much as they found them. The drainage control system seems to have worked through the two-day rainy weekend we just had. We have not yet had a washer to put the system to a thorough test. Some sod washed off on the weekend rain exposing some downspout extensions. Leak Shield is supposed to come back and dig up a corrugated pipe that was part of the previous drainage system which they forgot to dig up when they were here. I will ask them to backfill the newly exposed downspout extensions while they are here. The neighbors who were part of the project, my wife and I are all pleased with the results so far. I am glad we took a leap of faith on the relatively new company.

These folks showed up early for the job, took minimal breaks, knew exactly what they were doing and did some extra things I had not expected, which was a very big pleasure. The job site barely looks like someone had dug a 200' drainage line in my back yard. They seeded the ground and put down straw (totally unexpected by me), and did it quite nicely. The bit of mess they made in the driveway was cleaned up, and I am very happy on how they treated my property. The fellas were easy to talk to, and to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pros:The price was very competitive. Much lower than others. The work was complete. Took care of an entire wall through 2 rooms to prevent future leaks. Lifetime of structure guarantee. A competitor was going to charge hundreds more for a smaller section leaving my check book open for future tickets if it leaked in another area on same wall. I feel like they did a good job on fixing my leak and would have given 5 stars except for..,, Cons: The mess!!! Did not put up plastic sheets to contain drywall dust. As a result it was everywhere. Had to ask them to clean up drywall and take to curb for garbage pickup. Pulled up some vinyl floor and left that on patio, not garbage. If clean up had been attended to this would have been a perfect job. Still finding drywall dust. I would use again but make clear from the start expectations regarding cleanup. The sales person Cory was very knowledgeable and available for questions. I suggest a follow up phone call to see how the job went in the future. So far no signs of water returning in my basement.

They did a good job, which I thought was a good value for what I paid. Very personable young men that did the work. Would hire them again. They charged approximately one half of an estimate I got from another firm.

I'd love to be able to fully recommend this company. I had a challenging situation and the owner did spend some time investigating the problem. He is generally a nice and sincere guy. My basement has been dry since they did the work. They worked very hard in rainy weather. The frustration is lack of follow up effort. There are two key items that I have had to address myself that they were supposed to do and both were time sensitive. They did offer to come on a weekend but that is my contracted work hours and I can't be home. The owner's response was "your work schedule is not my concern." Had he done a final walk-thru, the time-sensitive issues could have been addressed relatively quickly. The regrading and boulder-sized rocks will have to be moved when they come back to finish in late December if the weather permits. It seems that when they get your money they have no time for you. My advice is to withhold the final payment until the job is complete and both parties can agree the job is finished.

His men were very informative and personable, they did exactly what they said they would do. They came in on time to do the work, and I thought it was excellent. I am having them come back for another project.

He did mold remediation and also fixed a crack in the foundation and no water has come in. He met me after hours to do the estimate. I had a previous estimate and he matched it.
