The work done was satisfactory & they even cleaned my skylight windows while they were up on our flat roof!

A thorough examination of the jobsite is done. I feel they give an honest evaluation and let you know exactly what you need without all the puffery.

John and his team are fantastic. They do great work, plus John is so smart and makes suggestions not just for the roof but how to improve the house overall - e.g. air flow, design ideas to pair the roof work with new siding, etc. He even suggests who to research or DIY options if it's not something his team does. He's like one of those hosts on HGTV. Total straight shooter too -- in some ways he spoiled us as one of the first projects on our home -- realizing now not all contractors are such good project managers. Thats also in very large part due to Lauren in their office. Amazing project management -- she and John kept us informed at all times how the new roof was going, any challenges, to confirm if we were happy or if there were any concerns, etc. Just save yourself some heartache and pick these guys. Trust me. :)

John immediately called and came over to examine the leak. He immediately assessed the situation and i was very impressed by his knowledge. Job was delayed a couple of days as it continued to rain, but was completed. I would highly recommend.

John came out the same day that I found them on service magic. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to give me two options- the "quick fix" and the perment fix... He was able to explain all the steps and materials needed. He was very informative. A month later, I called to get the work completed. The work was done the following day. THey guys that come were very friendly and answered any questions that I had threw out the process. They did great work and cleaned up. The work was great....

The owner talks a good game but that's where his expertise ends. He charged a lot but most of the leaks remained. (yes he did fix one leak). In one area he offered two different ways to do the repair with the more expensive method (the one that we chose) being guaranteed for 5 years. Of course it leaked and he would not make good on the warranty. In the end we had to replace the roof.

They showed up for an estimate the same day I contacted service magic and did the repair the next day.
