For about 6 months I was pretty certain that my pool had a leak due to constantly having to put a hose inside. I was nervous about hiring the wrong company to come inspect the pool until I learned that Leak and Sub Surface Locators was used by Van Kirk pools to identify leaks. Once I heard this I knew a top notch company like Van Kirk would only use a top notch leak detection company, so I scheduled them to come out. Arrived as scheduled. Sean thoroughly explained everything he was going to do to identify and repair any leaks in my pool. Two hours later Sean called me and advised he found and repaired two leaks. My hose has not been in my pool since. Sean provided me with a very thorough report including underwater photos. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and as a bonus they also offered the best price. If you suspect your pool has a leak, save yourself the headache and call Leak and Subsurface Locators.

The company initially missed our appointment because Angie forgot to take down their listing. Regardless they came out a few days later and gave me a fair quote. I had a small leak in my pool that two other companies were trying up charge me for.

Let me start off with the the fact that Sandra who called me right away after submitting for quotes is the most amazing customer service person that I have spoken to. She set me up with an appointment right away and was friendly. Nick came out on time and is the nicest repair tech. He is professional and explained everything that he was doing. Very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He found my leak and did the repairs efficiently. If ever I need pool repair again, I won't hesitate to call this company for sure.

These guys are the best! They showed up as scheduled, detected and fixed a leak that was evading identification and provided a comprehensive detailed job report including underwater photos, observations and a full description of the testing steps and repairs performed. On the first visit, the repairman seemed very thorough, but the leak returned within a few days. I called Sandra and a different repairman arrived, said his testing for leaks was a little more comprehensive. He said the first repairman didn't notice a leak that was "hidden". Anyway, no charge for the second visit (30 day guarantee) and the leak was repaired. Why was the first test not as thorough? anyway, I would recommend them because of the overall experience. Price a little high, but competitive and no hassle about returning. And I felt that I was getting the whole story and the company is honest.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, affordable, and effecient service. From speaking on the phone with Sandra, to Jeff and his son arriving at my house exactly when they said they would, locating and fixing not 1 but 2 leaks within a short amount of time... Everything was fantastic. Jeff informed me that the check (which was exactly what Sandra quoted me on the phone) would not be cashed for several days until they confirmed I was happy with the job and confident my leaks were sealed. This is something that doesn't have to be done, but is an amazing gesture based in good will, and one that goes a long way. After a day or so Jeff sent me a report that included his inspection of my entire pool system with pictures, as well as photos of the leaks that were found before and after the repair. As a new homeowner, the service provided put me at ease. Although I hope to never see them again since that would indicate I had another problem. I will NOT hesitate to call them if I do, or recommend them to someone who does. Thank you!!!

Outstanding service and communication! I called and spoke to Sandra who went over all of the pricing and what to expect. She called me back right away after checking the schedule to see when the crew would be able to see me (it was Thanksgiving week). She called again the morning of to confirm that the guys were on their way. They found not one, but two leaks and were able to fix them both. They sent a full, detailed report (including pictures) a day later with their findings and wouldn't cash my check until they confirmed with me the FOLLOWING week that my pool was no longer leaking. This company is beyond professional and I highly recommend them!

Unbelievable is the best way to describe this company. From the moment Sandra called everything was flawless. She told me she would call me with a time they could be here and the 2 gentleman were here on time. Surprise #1. Then they got to work. They went through each and every jet and skimmer looking for the leak. Then they went into the pool and checked everything so thoroughly and carefully. Surprise #2. They found the leak and went to work to seal it. This was on three drain in the deep end (9' section). Everything they explained was perfect. Surprise#3. Finally they told me the price. Surprise #4. Not a cent over what Sandra had quoted me on the phone. It's been 2 days now and the pool is perfect. No loss of water. I wish I knew the guys names that came out. But kudos to them. Great job!!! Thank you for being so professional, courteous, reliable and honest. Best company I have dealt with in service in a long time. I 100% recommend them!!! Keep up the good work.
