I'm extremely disappointed with Leaks R US, INC. of McDonough, GA because of their failure to stop roof leaks in my Champion sunroom. They made three attempts (Jan-Apr 2023) to find and stop the roof leaks. Still have roof leaks. Since early May 2023 Leaks R US has not responded to my numerous texts, phone messages, e-mail and a letter asking them to return and find/stop the leaks. They not only abandoned me, they left residual sealant on two windows that are just above the sunroom roof. When Emil Caldwell, owner, first came out he stated he was an expert in finding and sealing leaks that others could not find. He made a promise and didnâ t keep it! Paid $795.00 for a one year contract! They are not living up to their "We Stop Leaks!" at the top of their contract.
