He kept me informed at every step of the way. He arrived on time each day and cleaned up each day after his work and we were never left with a mess. Your Professional work ethics, attention to detail, patience, & kindness was greatly appreciated. These floors are from 1945. My Husband purchased the house in 1967. The old carpet was recently removed so Leandro could Sand, Fill any gaps, put on sealer coats, Buff, & put on two additional coats of finish. You arrived on time. Leandro is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN! He is a seasoned professional. I can't say enough. He removed old carpet, repaired & refinished my pine sub-flooring, which was in bad shape & made it beautiful. He hunted down old pine boards, planed them & installed them & made other necessary repairs, then he installed quarter round. It looks incredible,

Came and did what was needed to repair floor that someone else screwed up. Now waiting for him to come back to sand and refinish older original hard wood floor. When out of his way to change date to my requests to come sooner. Very nice trustworthy man. He came back sanded and refinished an original older white oak hardwood floor. 3 coats of varnish. It never looked so good!!! Beautiful floor. Love it. Great job. Knows what he is doing. Real professional and very nice too.
