Leandro Bonsignore

Leandro is a magician! He took hundred year old floors with stains and holes and made them absolutely beautiful. He's tremendously talented, and is fun and easy to work with. I'm so lucky I found him.

Leandro is a rare find. I have been doing some major remodeling to an old home. The floors were covered with ugly laminate and when we pulled it up the hardwoord floors underneath were horrid - stained, darkened, scratched. When Leandro saw the floors he said "no problem" and that he would make them look like new. I admit I was skeptical. When he called me to come and see I was in awe. The floors looked betther than new - far beyond my expectations. And here's the best part. He said he wasn't satisfied with them and wanted to give them another buffing and coat. I wish you could see them. They are beautiful. I could not recommend anyone else more highly. He is professional, prompt, friendly, oh, and very reasonable.

Leandro is a gem. A true craftsman. His goal is for the project to be done right and he does not cut corners. He was punctual, things were done when he said they would be and I was never left wondering if he would show up today. My floors came out beautiful and I would recommend him without hesitation. A joy to work with.

I had my wood floors refinished by Leandro. He was very good to work with. He did a great job, I was very happy with the outcome. The floors looked new. He was very reasonably priced. I would defiantly recommend him.

Positive attitude, definitely will use him for future projects!

This was without dought the best value I've ever received...excellent work, price and on time service... I will hire again and recommend him to all my family and friends... The most comforting news is that I'm 2 for 2 with Home Advisor referrals.... Keep up the good work!

All that needs saying has been said above. He showed up on time, was efficient and cooperative. A nice man also.

Leandro was a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist, truly concerned about the quality of his work. He showed up on time (or early) every day, was very clear about the number of days the job would take, charge a VERY fair price (his quote was well below a couple of other companies I received bids from) and he did ALL of the work himself. Our floors look fantastic (even the engineered oak for which I didn't hold out high hopes). I would absolutely hire him again.

Old school master carpenter. Others may do it cheaper, Leandro does it right the first time. He replaced our third floor to exactly match the original 125 year old rift and quart. For historical restorations, Leandro is your man. Always showed up when scheduled, completed the project on schedule, and explained everything. We will be using him again to restore the 2nd and 1st floors.

Not only is Leandro a true professional but he is a great guy as well. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He was always on schedule if not ahead of schedule with all of his work and even though I had a lot of other work going on he was flexible and patient with me and my other contractor's schedules to get the job done. His price was very fair as well and the floors look great now!

Leandro did a great job! He went above and beyond to ensure that the floors were repaired correctly. There were a couple of spots that were black and he decided to replace those pieces of wood at no charge to me. He said that he wanted to make sure the floor was right. I would recommend him to anyone that needs there floors redone or repaired

I had to wait a while for Leandro to be available, but it was well worth it. His work is of the highest quality, he showed up on time, and his price was a bargain. The floor is beautiful. I recommend him highly!

Extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Leandro is a true professional. He showed up for the initial meeting on time, got back to me promptly with his bid, started work on the day we agreed upon, and finished ahead of schedule. He did a great job and his price was the most competitive. He was upfront regarding damaged areas of the floor. He did not promise perfection in those areas and I was pleasantly surprised that most of the water/pet damage was removed. For the areas where the flooring had to be replaced, he did a good job matching the existing flooring. I definitely plan to hire him again! Thanks Leandro!!!

Leandro was terrific. He was easy to get in contact with, honest about the quality of materials, and he did an amazing job on the floors in our house. He works by himself and he is FAST! We consulted with him before buying materials and he gave us some great advice. We went with a strand woven bamboo flooring in our entire house and we made sure we bought the recommended (by the seller) amount that will allow for waste and mistakes. He wasted nothing. When he was done there was only a bag of sawdust and a few tiny wood bits, I have enough extra lumber for another room! He is a craftsman.

1/2 the price of the other bids. Beautiful floor. Some misunderstandings around the trim work & threshold at the door.

All the work was excellent, will be using him on another job.

Leandro did a fantastic job in our house. He removed the bathroom tile, three inches of mortar, then installed a new sub- floor followed by Brazilian Cherry hardwood with a nice satin finish. His work is clean and professional. Leandro arrives on time and works all day. He is efficient and courteous. I highly recommend!

Leandro and his partner did a beautiful job with the solid bamboo flooring that we bought for our house. They were low costing, fast, clean, and had all the tools for the job. I would recomend them to anyone who have bought the hard wood flooring them selves or who would like to buy the flooring from them. Leandro and his partner are very nice and i was glad to have met them. I hope more people will choose them for their flooring needs. I know we will hire them again when the time comes and i hope you people will hire them too.

The landlord gave me a budget to get my floors refinished, and thanks to Leandro, I got it done within my budget. Thanks Leandro for the great work.
