Do not use this "professional" This person missed half of the contracted days in June and then did not show a single time for July after we paid. Additionally, we had contracted her to do other cleaning and this was poorly done and never completed. We had out-of-country guests arriving in 5 days & needed spring house cleaning, including shampoo carpets, clean windows inside & out, etc. Leave It To Me Cleaning And Organizing did an exceptional job over 3 days & at a very reasonable price. Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Heidi really worked hard to get all the stains (greese/oil) out of the carpet. I was very pleased with the result.

"This was a small rental home, with totally ruined carpet from the prior tenant. He changed oil and worked with grease for a living and carpet was in reallllly bad shape. Apparently he didn't know how to take his shoes off before going inside home. I shocked myself with this one, as I got out alllll of it and made the carpet look new again. Only thing carpet had wrong was burn holes from him in it."

"This was a move in cleaning performed on a huge beautiful cabin. We cleaned the whole 3 level cabin including the completly finished basement. All the inside and outside of all the windows and coverings were done also. I have alot of the "finished cleaned look" pic's from this job if anyone would like to see how beautiful it is there. This cabin was approx 5500 sq ft, not including the basement."

At the time they were to arrive, I received call saying they would be another 2 hours (ok, things happen). However, at an hour after that new arrival date, I had to phone and track them down and they arrived half an hour later than that. I informed them while they were still on their way that I had to leave at 5 and they ensured me that was more than enough time. Unfortunately, it wasn't and I didn't have time to inspect their work before paying them. Buyer beware as there were a number of basic cleaning tasks not completed I sent a list of areas that I felt were not done (or not done well) and never received an apology or any response.

Heidi was very easy to work with and did a very good job cleaning our house from top to bottom. She may want to try a different cleaning solution for cleaning tub/shower surrounds because it took a second rinse for us to wash it off, but other than that everything was wonderful.

"This was a move-in cleaning. It was a 2 story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, with liv. rm, fam. rm, large kit, din. rm, large foyer, extra great room, 2 car garage, and basement. We did a complete top to bottom thorough cleaning and all inside and outside of windows. All 3 bathrooms, we had to refinish the bath/shower stalls from someone prior using muriadic acid and ruining the finishes. Looked great!!!"

"This customer needed a complete thorough cleaning from top to bottom. They had a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, kitchen, din. room, living room, laundry room, foyer, extra din. room, and 2 car garage, and a full basement that needed a good spring cleaning. We also cleaned all their windows, blinds and curtains too. The customers were very sweet and greatly pleased when job was finished."
