Bryan was fantastic! From the beginning he was very timely in his responses as well as thorough with answering my questions. The inspection was scheduled with short notice and he was able to accommodate. During the inspection he covered every inch of the house taking detailed notes and photos. He voiced his concerns as they were discovered and went into detail as to why something was wrong and the potential hazards associated with said issues. The report we received was extremely well detailed with photos and notes. Bryan was very polite and professional, will be calling him back for any future inspection needs I may have. For the quality of work provided the cost was more than fair.

On time and for the job done fast

Bryan was awesome! He showed up on time, was very polite, took time to answer my questions, and explained everything on which he had taken notes. My son-in-law showed up after we started, and Bryan answered his questions as well. He inspected the house inside and out. My crawl space was my biggest concern. Bryan came prepared with his land drone, which he put in the crawl space due to too much water down there. It was equipped with a camera so we could see some of the problems. As promised, Bryan e-mailed me a final report, complete with pictures, commentary explaining what he noticed and and what needed to be a priority, and done in a way that it was easy for me to understand. My home is 68 years old, so I had many concerns. Bryan eased my nerves as we went through everything, and I felt less panicky afterward. I am so glad I called him! He told me to call if I had any more questions. He definitely has my recommendation!

Showed up 15 minutes early and was setting up to do drone roof inspection. Brian was very very through. He was very professional, courteous, his construction and electrical background was evident as he looked for any issues with the house. Had a written report a couple hours after he completed the job. We wIll use Brian again.
