They didn't pay attention to what they were doing. They covered up one of my downspouts.cut my cable and tried repair it themselves, and covered it up with the concrete. Thats not how you do business.

"The homeowner said he was going to take care of the downspout he is talking about before we poured new driveway. The cable line was cut of all the electricity, Cable and Verizon were going thru what we were pouring. The homeowner called the cable company and it was fixed. and homeowner emailed and said they are pleased how it turned out and will pass my name out to anyone that would like concrete work done."

Even though they had other jobs, Ledford Concrete answered their phone right away and showed up the same day to provide an estimate. Because I was having a rain runoff issue causing water in my basement, they moved my job up and had it done within a week. These guys do excellent work, clean up the job site afterward, and stand behind their work. How refreshing to work with professionals who are personable, fair, and honest!

When I contacted them I received a reply same day and they arrived to do the work 2 days later. Weather was the only reason they didn't complete the work same day. 2 other contractors would not return calls or keep me updated on what was going on with their schedule so it was nice to have someone proactive in customer communication.

The crew showed up when they said they would, finished the job a little ahead of schedule (despite rain interruptions) and did a great job. No problem passing county inspection. They left the site clean and properly graded to provide drainage around the new garage slab. I definitely recommend Ledford Concrete.
