John Brooks was excellent. He was responsive to all my requests and showed up on time. He saved us several hundred dollars by not having us hire him for services or inspections that he determined were not necessary. This was in contrast to the home inspectors referred to us by the real estate agent, who suggested engaging them for the usual panel of inspections and whose prices were higher. We found his two reports - home inspection and wind mitigation study - to be clear and concise. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in a competent and professional home inspecter.

OMG!!!! John Brooks was fantastic!!! I requested my home inspection very late in the night and first thing on the morning I got a call from Mr. Brooks, I hadn�t indicated that I would hire Mr. Brooks and sill he gave me valuable information. He said even if you don't hire me these are things you would should have done to save you money on my home taxes and make sure the person you hire has these requirements. He also gave me a few other tips. I expressed my concerns and he assured me this inspection would be viewed as if his 3 children were going to live in this home. He spent about 3 1/2 hours inspecting the home. He is very prompt
