Tim came to my home and showed me where things were wrong with my old unit and explained what options I may have to save my old unit compared to replacing with a new unit. He also explained about a program called Alliance NRG. They attach a yearly payment with my taxes which gives me plenty of time to save the money. Then Juan the Project Manager came to make sure that his Techs did the job properly. They where Brian and Tim the Techs where very good at what they know and do. Thank goodness because unknowingly I had major breaker problems and if it wasn't for them my home could have been badly damaged. So to the owner of Temprite, thank you for the team of professional and personable workers. Thank you again to Tim, Juan, Brian, Tim and the young man that was going to school.

Temprite has a problem hiring the right people. During our 9 project with them, several things just didn't go smoothly. First, the installation was wrong, then we didn't pass inspection, then appointments that were made weren't kept. Plus, every other time we called, someone else answered and said the person you spoke to prior is now fired. The owner is a very nice guy, polite and humble. The good thing about Temprite is they did stand behind their promise. The owner promised to make it right and he definitely did just that! THANK YOU TEMPRITE

We were talked into buying a new air conditioner when we just hired them for a Tune Up on 6/1/16. We bought a unit from them that included a 2 yr maintenance & service contract. They installed it on 6/2/16. The thermostat continued to run & could not be shut off. We called on 6/13/16 & they were suppose to return on 6/14/16 between 11a & 1pm to fix it but never showed up. My Tenants got angry b/c they lost $ from work. No1 called to say they weren't coming or to reschedule. I rescheduled on 6/14/16 for 6/15/16 they installed a new thermostat but the A/C stopped working & the home is always 90 degrees. John said the unit needed a control board. He had left the outside unit he had taken apart open w/ the screws on the ground. I called 6/15/16 & was told that it would be fixed on 6/16/16. Long story made short the unit has never worked properly & have been told that the contract has been made void b/c the tenant took the unit apart. This is not true b/c the installer w/ dark curly hair who originally took it apart never put it back together. The owner Steve says he's not going to do business w/ us anymore b/c we've had 2 many service calls. They took r old A/C which was blowing warm air but at least u could turn it on & off. It probably only needed freon. Now we have a new unit that doesn't work. I didn't know their was suppose to be an Inspection & it appears a permit may not of even been pulled. Not sure what to do to correct this? A lawyer advised we have 30 days to get our $ back.

New ac system and ducts put in

I actually ended purchasing a new unit. It seems the people before installed the ac unit themselves and there were alot of violations with the install. Bryan and Austin were very thorough with explaining everything to me. I now understand why my granddaughter was always at the hospital for her asthma. Since the new unit was inatalled i have less dust and better air quality. Now my grandchildren are safe when they sleep over! Thank you Bryan and Austin!!!

They replaced our old Heatpump, and did a duct & vent cleaning. They were very professional, and friendly. The price for the overall package was very good. I would recommend them for anyone's A/C needs.

Ducts were very dirty; I believe they cleaned them well. Too soon to rate actually. Need to see if I have layers of dust floating around. Nice guys though and very polite.

A project that was to take 4 days has taken nearly four weeks. The original install by this company had to be torn out and redone; with the original tech being fired. Numerous appointments were made by them to continue the work which were not kept., four of which were no calls and no shows.Other examples of lack of consideration and professionalism : light left on in the attic (for over a week) which I could not access to turn off, an employee stood on my linen closet shelf to access a hatchway and bent the shelf. The hatchway was left open for several days. In short, I will not use Home Advisor again and will not recommend this company.

They were very quick to come out an fix the a/c when I failed suddenly. They were very friendly an professional. We will use them for all our a/c needs in the future
