I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Surface CPR. The original job, including the promised paver lifting, was supposed to be completed in February?approximately six months ago?and the work remains unresolved. Before the project began, Surface CPR made specific promises by email regarding the scope of work, including lifting and re-leveling the pavers and correcting the underlying base. Afterward, however, the company stated that this work was not included in the agreed-upon scope and characterized it as an ?act of good will.? That position directly conflicts with the company?s prior written representations and has significantly undermined my trust and confidence in the business. Throughout this process, different on-site workers have provided inconsistent explanations, rationales, and excuses for the delays and incomplete work. The assigned paver contractor, has also failed to provide a firm return date, and my attempts to contact her have gone unanswered.

John fully explained how my roof is soft washed. Right now there are still dark spots on my roof that apparently the cleaning agents are still working. He said that it would come cleaner after the first good rain. So I'm waiting on the first good rain. That is why I gave a 4 star for quality--I have to wait for rain. He cleaned my gutters out, so that is a plus.

John, the technician, did an excellent job of power washing my driveway, walkway to my front door and the gutters on my street in front of my property . Everything was very professional and he arrived on time and did a walk around with me to make sure I was happy with the results. I definitely will use Lee & Cates for any project in the future.
