I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism demonstrated during this project. There was a consistent disregard for my time, including failure to appear on the first scheduled day and repeated late arrivals thereafter. These delays directly impacted the project timeline, which was not met. I also encountered repeated instances of misleading communication. Additionally, I have video evidence confirming the removal of materials that were purchased at my expense. The condition in which my property was left is unacceptable, including paint damage to newly installed floors and damage to door hardware.
