"Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate you taking the time. I would like to address this. I feel as if I went out of my way to help on this job all that I could from the start. You were not present thru any of my initial visits as this is not your main home I and made sure I helped all I could from getting full size samples to your house to view when you arrived to suggesting a different color as the one chosen I felt would not look good. You appreciated all of that. You hired me to do a shingle replacement and we did exactly that and did a great job on it. I also have the email from you stating those exact words. When replacing the shingles we discovered some rotten boards and brought to your attention and repaired the rot. Your sag in your roof is because of its framing/construction. I sags about an inch in a small area as do most roofs built like your home. There is nothing wrong at all structurally with your home. I t is showing its age and over time sags a little. You did not hire me to inspect the framing of your home you hired me to replace the shingles. I never had access to inside your home. When you and I met after completion and you pointed the sag out we went and inside together and looked at the framing and I showed you that it was in the framing of the home not the roof. When you asked me to try to fix it I agreed and told you I was unsure what you wanted me to do would be successful. I was honest up front on everything. When we showed up a couple days later to try to fix I was able to look at the framing from inside we decided that it would cause more damage inside then was worth trying to remove the little sag and again I called you. We both decided not to proceed with trying to fix sag. The flashing I agree was not a good color to match the stone color and I offered to correct that more than once and you decided to not let me. I was more than willing to correct that. I am really sorry you felt as you had a bad experience with my company and I wish you luck in selling the home."
