He did not guess as to what might be my situation. After a complete inspection the situation was found to be different from what others predicted.

We only had a small repair, but Lou came and treated us with the same customer service as I would expect someone who was going to do a whole roof.

Lewis responded immediately to my need, was very professional, fixed the leaking problem, and did it at a very reasonable cost. It's nice to know someone who is very honest and very good at what they do. I will definitely be using them in any future needs!

We had a roof leak during a few days of rain. The response to our request was prompt and professional. We will need more work to be done next year and we will be going to Leeper Construction for that job.

I had an awesome experience working with this company last year, but the problem ( a roof leak) came back this spring (after I had spent several hundred dollars repairing the ceiling that the leak had destroyed). I called Mr. Leeper in March hoping to get the leak fixed once and for all before the new ceiling was also destroyed. At first he seemed to be interested in taking another shot at repairing the roof (he described several potential solutions and we even set a tentative time)-I even offered to pay for his additional visit/work required. As the time approached Mr. Leeper failed to return my phone calls and I was forced to start over and locate and hire another roofer. I was very disappointed.

Lewis came to my home first thing the next day and not only gave me an estimate, he was able to fix the problem immediately, as well as another issue that I had forgotten about AND took care of a hornet's nest that I was not even aware of! I'm not sure if HomeAdvisor sent me an excellent contractor or God sent me an angel, or maybe BOTH!

Outstanding contractor. I submitted a quote request through HomeAdvisor late Monday night, he contacted me early Tuesday morning and was able to do the estimate later that morning, and the work was completed Wed. morning at a fair price. My porch roof looks so much better, and I would absolutely contact him again if the need arises!

In addition to painting our metal roof, as we requested, Lewis applied a patch over a leak, painted the trim around several windows, and repaired a gutter we did not know needed repair. He evaluated the condition of our main roof- still in geed shape after 20+ years, and told us about a small part of the roof that will need to be repaired soon. Because he showed us pictures he took while up on the roof we were much more willing to agree that section needs to be repaired. We will definitely call him back!!!!!
