Extremely nice owner who contacted me immediately and followed through as promised. Jacob always kept me informed each step of the way. Very enjoyable people to do business with.

When cleaning the gutters they did not reconnect correctly and also poked a hole in one of the gutters so now they are leaking in 2 places every time it rains. I called and they were not helpful and said they would come out and take a look but never came back. Would NOT recommend!

I am very happy with the space they had created for me and I would recommend this company.

I needed an emergency door repair. The other Pro's that I contacted for this job didn't have time and one Pro that I was hiring actually just forgot to call or show up on the scheduled Friday. When I contacted Jacob at Lee's Maintenance late Friday night he agreed to make time on a Saturday night during the Labor Day weekend to do the job. Jacob showed up when he said he would and did the job he said he would do. Highly recommended! I will be using them for future projects.

Prompt calls/emails, showed up on time for quote. Worker came 2 workdays earlier than planned due to schedule cancellation. Did everything asked and agreed upon--clean gutters, secured loose siding boards, repair loose section of gutter and touch-up painting of siding. Would hire again.

Bid job at $1,500 and charged $!,800. Very un-organized. Left job unfinished. When called was unwilling to come back and complete job, Maybe would have taken 30-45 minutes to do job correctly. Neighbors found job also unsatisfactory.

Firm does the tasks assigned efficiently and as instructed. As a household we found that have regular lawn maintenance was a bit of a strain on our budget so we had to limit the scope of work to meet our needs.

Very nice workers. Changed original date we wanted trimming done. Trimmed half neighbors silver maple that hung over our driveway. 1 branch hit our neighbors fence, very slight damage. Cut most of what we wanted, but couldn't get 1 limb due to 'nothing to tie the rope over', claimed it would be unsafe and would hit our garage. Little pricey for not getting everything we wanted, AND, we had to do the clean up. Wish they had a 'boom lift' to get that last limb we wanted off.

He's on time and does what he's asked. He is very responsive and prompt with call backs. He has good suggestions and I would recommend this company.

They are very clean, friendly, and does what I ask and has great listening skills. They are courteous, great quality of work, and I would recommend them to others.

The work is high quality. Schedules are met, client satisfaction a high priority.
