Mr Lee did an exceptional job. He rated very good on all your rating critter's. I would recommend him to anyone. There were some inspector deficiencies, however as soon as he received the report, he returned within two days to address the minor repairs.

Initial contact with Lee's was timely and pleasant. The first scheduled appt. was also timely. However, there was some slight damaged to the home that was not immediately brought to our attention. Damage to the door was offered to be painted with paint that did not match. Also, Mr. Lee always tried to make things seem as though he was doing us a favor. We were also left without hot water for two and 1/2 days. Overall, I was just dissatisfied. The American Standard product would be my only reason for reccommendation.

MR LEE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY CIRCUMSTANCES. HE POINTED OUT OTHER AREAS OF SERVICE THAT MY FURNACE AND A/C UNIT NEEDED AND STATED HE WOULD CONTACT ME WITH THE BEST PRICING AND PARTS. HE KNOWS I AM A WIDOWER ON A LOW BUDGET AND WILL KEEP THAT IN MIND.
