"Sincere apologies!! We can't begin to express how shocked we are. Typically, our employees take great care and caution while working in other peoples homes. This type of behavior is definitely unacceptable and is cause for immediate termination. We are in the process of getting to the bottom of these very serious allegations. If you have any type of evidence in the form of pictures, video surveillance, etc., please provide them to us so that we may close this investigation and also reimburse you for the full project amount.
