Lee's Quality Concrete, LP

Do not get anything done by this man. I am from out of town and needed the work done before we moved and gave him the keys to the house. He hired someone to do tile inside the house, and it turned out great. His work is good, but the finished work is very sloppy. The cement surface is sloppy, and I have cement splatted on my windows and house. The cement is starting to crack; I built a screened-in porch that looks great but leaks still have not been fixed; I put up a metal storage shed that one of the braces was cut half way through but still used and fixed; I had a driveway full of dirt that was hauled away, but I have an 8-foot drop off of the side walk, so now I have to pay more to fill in the drop-off; I put down sod; I poured the cement on top of the sprinklers without capping them; And now I just received a letter from the cement company putting a lien on my house for nonpayment. His communication skills are very lacking; most of the time, he will not return my calls or texts. Now, after 7 months, I have 7 cracks in the cement; one of the cracks is over 12 feet long.

Lee and his men were very professional!! They knew what they were doing and did it WELL!! They did a beautiful job with our patio and sidewalk. I started my project 2 years ago. When I was ready for the concrete I asked several companies for a bid. Lee s came through with a price in my budget and expectations. The contractor took 2 bags of our cement when the job was over-admitted it, but did not bring them back. The siding and trim on the back part of my house was shredded with their heavy equipment. Lee looked at it and said they did not do it because their machine never got that close. I then reminded him that I sat in my back porch watching the process, videoed, and took pictures as they worked. He then said he would repair the damage. It has been 3-4 weeks ago and we have not seen nor heard from him. They had no consideration for our yard; they threw their heavy equipment, tires, and tools into our yard. We had a lot of cement to clean out of the grass. We have asked for an invoice twice, and have yet to get one. They covered one of the holes with cement where a fence post was supposed to go. They set 3 posts at the edge of the cement so we had to build a box to fill with cement for our pickets to set on. They did a good job with the patio; however, this attitude, disrespect for one s property, lying, and not following through outweigh the good. A 2 1/2-star rating is probably a little high.

The inside of the work looks good but the outside is not finished and he wont return my calls. My doors don't even match up anymore. They took the spacer out and the doors are to high and won't meet in the middle. They told me they were going to use pipe to set the building on and they used wood. The wood is exposed so its going to rot out and leave a big hole.

I was so happy watching these Pro's build my carport and put my driveway in. All in one day. They are perfectionists,polite and nice people. I will hire them again. Thanks Lee!

This company failed to pay for the concrete so I was forced to pay for it after we had agreed to the total cost to include the concrete. I now have to file suit to get my money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY After filing suit, restitution was made, suit cancelled.

We have wanted to replace our walk & driveway for years. Lee called within 1 hr of my posting on this site. He took up old cement & built a carport over the new driveway. Wanted to be sure we were pleased with finished job & it was just what we wanted. Had a great crew, very knowlegeable, very detailed, precise, worked hard, didn't waste time & went right to work within a day of being hired. We are very pleased with the finished job & would recommend to others. Lee & crews were easy to work with. They do other things beside Cement. They are also building homes.

They do really good work but make sure you explain in detail what you want and they will get it done!

Does an excellent job has a great crew they all worked hard the price was fair everything was great they went above and beyond.
