LEE'S TREES Facebook

we had three very tall trees which sorely needed removal... two of them were totally dead and one was dying.. It would only be a matter of time before two of them toppled over onto the road and damaged phone and electric lines. Even though Steven had other jobs ahead of me, he was able to fit my mother and I into his busy schedule and removed all three trees, and ground down the stumps all within 1 and 1/2 days.. right before we got snow too..,. They also cleaned up nicely afterward... The price was very reasonable for the removals -- two of the trees were very tall- probably as tall as a Russian Pine and posed a hazard since one was totally dead.. and the other on it's way out.. Steve and Judy are very sweet and down-to-earth, I will have them on my list of who to go to for tree issues!.

Very courteous and did a very nice job removing some of our trees in Bear Creek TWP Thank you Steve and Judy all the best to you and your company and have a great summer Take care of that tooth Steve From Larry & Lisa J.

I found Lees trees through a home advisor. Steve was very responsive and came and gave an estimate within a day of contacting him, it all went downhill after that. I called him back about 2 weeks later and spoke with the receptionist at the company on 4/17. I told her that I wanted to accept his estimate and for work to begin. The receptionist told me that I would receive a call from him shortly. I did not receive a call back until 4/29 after I had sent an email. Steve told me that work would start in the last week of May. That date came and went with no correspondence from his company until I called on 6/9. He returned my call that day and told me that he was going to be calling me next week to let me know when he would becoming. On 6/18 he called me to let me know that he would be coming on Monday 6/22. He showed up that day as promised but he told me that because the tree was hanging into adjacent property he would need their permission to enter their yard. He stated that when he gave the estimate he did not realize that the tree went into adjacent yards. He then gave me what looks like a contract for my neighbors to sign, he told me to call him back when the signatures were obtained. I called him back approximately an hour after he had left. He states that he would be back later that afternoon or tomorrow. The next morning one of his employees called me stating that Steve **threw his back out** and work will not be started today. I placed a return call on Friday 6/26 and left a message on his cell phone and never received a return phone call. I then called the business on Monday 6/29 and Tuesday 6/30 and had to leave a message asking for an update on when work would be started. I made final contact on Wednesday (7/1) and told them I no longer want him to complete the work he was scheduled to do on my tree. If I knew that this was going to happen I would have chose a different company. Now, I am stuck with a potentially dangerous tree and nobody to do it until mid-September at the earliest. I want to thank Lee trees for wasting mine and my family time. I was very hesitant on writing a negative review but I feel as if people should know about this before choosing this company to complete work on their property.

Excellent!

Professional, courteous & affordable. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

I hired Lee's in january 1990 and the tree was removed in February 1990. They were unable to Remove the stump until the ground was unfrozen. They had a problem with the stump grinder and Had to have it repaired. They kept in touch with me and apologized for the delay. When the grinder was fixed they removed the stump. A good company. They did an excellent job of trimming some trees and vines near my fence and deck. Completely cleaned up and everything looks great.

Had them return for additional trimming at no additional cost.

They did a good job. Very fast. 2 days and the work was done.

Good job done---pruned pine tree and lilac bush. Also removed stump and did a little extra trimming. Thanks.

Excellent value. Very knowledgeable.

Very professional arrived early would recommend him for your job.

Very very good. Was on time, cleanup was great, workers were awesome would recommend lees trees

Very professional. Arrived on time on the appointment date. Extremely efficient and the cleanup was outstanding. The yard looked better than before. The workers were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend lee’s Trees without hesitation.

Very accommodating. Moved up schedule to allow another project being done to proceed. He kept us informed of schedule changes and updates. We were having miserable weather. Work was done as agreed except for stump grinding. This piece of equipment was not available. He promised to have it ready in two weeks. Have already asked for another tree removal in several months.

Mr. Lee and his associate are both gentlemen. Did an excellent job of trimming and shaping our big old oak tree and cleaned every branch, twig, and leaf that fell, even raked the area clean. They used a blower to clean the area of the road after using the chipper, then swept and picked up everything from the road. They even moved their vehicles to make certain that the area was clean there as well. I have already recommended them to several friends and one neighbor. Great service!

Reliable , on time , neat , very professional.. 5 star rating.

Lee is very pleasant and good at his work to my delight he came a day before he was scheduled and in the rain no less

Mr. Lee was a man of his word on both the day we received the estimate and also the day he and his crew arrived to take down our tree. We were very impressed with his good work ethic and with him being a man of his word. I highly recommend his service. He did a great job!

Prompt, curtious, professional, on-time, no hidden cost mark-ups, knowledgeable about how to maintain tree health. This is a Class A outfit!!

He does amazing work and has amazing customer service. My rating is just because nobody can ever be perfect but they were close!
