Maintenance Director I have been in the business for over 20 years I do small repairs, quick fixes, and routine maintenance to keep your home running smoothly. Minor Repairs & Fixes: Swapping out door handles, tightening loose hinges, patching small drywall holes, or re-caulking around sinks and tubs. Basic Fixture Updates: Replacing switch plates, changing out light fixtures or ceiling fans, hanging blinds, and installing curtain rods. Hanging & Mounting: Securely mounting TVs, hanging artwork, mirrors, shelves, and assembling flat-pack furniture. Routine Maintenance: Replacing HVAC filters, testing smoke detectors, unclogging minor drains, and cleaning out gutters. Cosmetic Touch-ups: Painting an accent wall, touching up scuffed trim, or replacing cabinet hardware.
