LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Please, do not use this company. We feel like we got hit with the old bait and switch. We paid for Leaffilter only to find out that is not what they wrote up on on contract so they will not honor the warranty. We called so many times and had all but one phone call returned. If you want honest service look elsewhere.

The installer arrived on time and completed the job the same day. All debris was removed. My gutters remain clear and free flowing!

do a good job and blow away all leaves from roof and gutters as well as blow leaves away from driveway and walks. They have worked for us for 2--3 years

Arrived late on 21 October to do my installation. Did not finish. Less than 25 percent done. Left metal debris in my yard (found with my mower). Three weeks later. They never returned to finish the work. Calls to corporate headquarters and local office produced no results.

Way to expensive for an hour works! 2300.00 Was suppose to have sent someone to check the work done since it was competed so quickly. So far no one has contacted me and it has been about 10 days. I had 3 gutters to do. Mind you theses r not NEW gutters, my old gutters with their magical surgical screening ( oh! And there lifetime guarantee) was put on and reenforced every 12 in with brackets and end caps sealed. No one to blame but myself for agreeing to this. Poor decision on my part. Don t let it be yours!! Lowe s has the same screening. For Way Less!! And u could replace it 4 times, if need be, to get to what I paid. That would be your lifetime!!

We purchased Leaf Filter gutter protection in December 2013. We took down most of the trees around the house, so the gutters clogging is not the problem. The water rushing over the filter, over the gutter, and down the fascia is the problem. We have called a few times and they came out a few times, but the problem still exists. Even though their product is at fault, they want to charge a $99 service fee, which I refuse to pay. They came out without me paying a couple of times, but when I called the last time, which was two weeks ago, they did not even bother calling me back. I have texted videos several times to Chase at the company, He does not respond back. Beware of doing business with this company. They will forget you after the product is installed.

They responded promptly and completed the job immediately.

Gave a heads up that they were on the way and promptly installed my new gutters.

The salesman,Charles St. Louis, although fairly new with the company, had thorough knowledge of the product. I asked tough questions and he had the answer and solid reasons behind the answer. I understood his clear description of the products function. The installer David McKool, was able to install 2 days ahead of schedule at my convenience and to my delight. The previous gutter company aligned the gutters improperly causing clogging, which the current installer brought to my attention and corrected the angle at no additional cost. I was with the installer during most of the installation asking questions and making small decisions during the process. Gutters are a big part of home maintenance and I wanted to understand the installation. The installer cleaned up all areas and requested to be contacted regarding any questions or issues I had. Finally, Jack the project managed promptly provided proof of insurance upon request.

Great price , great service , great installer. I think this is a great product. I had a leaf problem now I don t. Ladder for sale.

I met with the representative on Monday the new gutters were installed on Thursday. I was pleased with the job.

The work was completed hours ago, so it is not possible for me to evaluate the work quality. I do believe upon reflection that the product is over priced. $4042.00 is pricey for a house as small as mine -even if the product is the top of the line.

ent only one man out never ran water to be certain gutters were sealed. Also downspouts had some debris coming out and not cleaned as promised. Salesman said the pitch had to be corrected don't think this was done as there was no sound of hammering and none were moved. We have now noticed at least one downspout is leaking that wasn't before he did the work and water is pouring over the leaf guard and spilling at the front window this was not a problem before. Twigs are standing on the edge of some gutters because the filter evidently doesn't come to the edge of the gutter. I will be contacting leaf filter directly once we have had the opportunity to test other parts of the installation for more leaks.
