I can't say enough about this company and the people who run it. We had just moved to Berthoud in a new build and wanted to have our basement finished for family to come visit. I believe I contacted them in early July and told them I had a time line to be finished by October. They were more than accommodating and looked at the space and we went over ideas. The plumbing for the bathroom was in very weird place close to the staircase. They said that it would be no problem to move it and gave me the cost to move it. It was well worth it and totally changed the space. We met with Travis the foreman and he explained what kind of permits we would need and how long it would take to procure them. I then Met with Britt their designer and started doing the fun stuff of picking out flooring , tile and fixtures. As the project went on we had originally decided not to put in a wet bar but once the basement started to take shape we changed our mind. No problem, they sketched it out and again told us the cost and we went ahead with it. When it came time to pick a backsplash for the wet bar we found this really cool cobalt blue tile so I asked could we take it all the way to the ceiling because we did not want upper cabinets No problem. They were so patient when we made the changes mid build and they were finished on time for my family in October. I also wanted to say they were the cleanest crew we've ever worked with . Before they went home every night it was swept and organized for the next day. I I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You can't go wrong with Lefort Build
