Our History... Although our building history dates back for generations, our current team leaders bring over 75 years of combined building excellence. Our professional team of office and field personnel can assure you of a smooth and successful building experience. We have built and remodeled hundreds of homes throughout much of the Greater Cincinnati area, many in the finest communities our city has to offer. Our company principals, Chris Otte and Bill Haussler have over 40 years combined experience in the industry and bring both broad yet focused expertise to the company. Chris, a "Certified Graduate Builder" brings over 20 years of experience in design, construction and real estate development. Bill, a "Certified Graduate Remodelor" (one of only a few in our region), brings almost two decades of construction and remodeling excellence
