Legacy Building and Design
About us
In 1957, Bill Schluter started a family construction business based on offering quality craftsmanship to everyone at an affordable price and thanks to the spirited drive of his son Jerry, that tradition continues today as Legacy Building and Design LLC. Legacy's main goals are to capitalize on the family beliefs and values of tradition, quality, and pride in craftsmanship to successfully operate in today's dynamic and challenging environments and become the first choice for today's consumers. Our services include (but are not limited to) new home construction, additions, remodeling, replacement windows & doors, new cabinets, custom design services and the areas only price guarantee. No job is too big or too small. Legacy Building & Design is a precious gift, trusted to me by my father and my job is to continue the family's tradition of quality craftsmanship and to serve my customers with the highest level of expertise.- Jerry Schluter - Owner
