Legacy Carpet Cleaning, LLC

Very polite and thorough.

Very professional. They worked very hard on a sofa that I thought was going to be impossible to clean. It came out looking like new!

Knowledgeable and efficient

Returned my calls in a very timely manner. Very professional and pleasant to work with. On time and did a great job. Will hire again!

I just don't like the carpets remaining wet for '6 - 8 hours'. It actually took longer than that for them to dry; then they felt somewhat stiff - not soft. The servicemen were personable and answered questions with candor. We were pleased with the customer service, the celerity with which they were able to accommodate our requests, and the professionalism exhibited.

Quick and polite. Good communication about what to expect, when they would show.

They were very thorough with their work. They were careful around my cats and explained their work and what to expect. I have used them several times and will certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service as demonstrated by continued communication from the time I contacted Legacy . They were efficient and kind. Will definitely be using Legacy again!

Cleaner did an excellent job until he got to my hallway where they were a number of spills that we had previously discuss. He called to me that there was soap in the carpet. I said okay and let it go. After he left and the carpet was drying, I walked around to check how everything looked. He had literally left all the stains in the hallway. No explaination, but I wouldn't have him back again.

Great service, will most definitely use them again. They did an excellent job.

Gentlemen that came to my door were very courteous from beginning to end and did a great job on my terrible couch which had everything from baby spit-up to cat hair and stains. They got in touch with me right away and not only did I receive a reminder call, I received a follow up call as well making sure everything went well. Overall it was an A++ experience.

They were so good that we decided to use them for the other locations we have in the area.

I was very impressed with Legacy Carpet Cleaning. Their rep called me back within minutes of using Service Magic and we were able to set up a time to clean the carpets that was perfect for me. Their crew was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Legacy Carpet Cleaning.

On time. Worked really hard and seemed truly concerned about my satisfaction. I would recommend Legacy for any of your steam cleaning needs. Job well done.

On tome and did a wonderful job. I will use them again and not hesitate to recommend them. My carpets look like new again!

On time. Easy to work with. Great job.

I was very impressed with calling and getting same day estimate for free and in person. They were very flexible to work with my schedule. They were able to rid my couch of urine smell and stains from my naughty puppies. Jacob was very professional and courteous! Highly recommend!

My experience w/Legacy Carpet Cleaning was outstanding. They were extremely responsive from my first call to them to get a quote through the entire cleaning! My carpets had not been cleaned professionally in over 8 years and came out looking almost new. Wonderfully friendly and wanting to do right by there customers. I have and will recommend to my friends!

Josh has been very helpful from beginning to end of the cleaning. He set our expectations right and could not have asked for more given the state of the carpet. Overall a job well done.

Josh the owner was profiessional from the time we met him until the time the job was complete. He called before they came and they were early. Josh showed up with two technicians. Both of them were professional in appearance, they communicated well and worked hard. They did a nice job on carpet and I would use them again. Give Legacy a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Very friendly and knowledgable.

Josh and his team are extremely professional. We did have some issues in regards to drying, since we had company arriving the next morning, but when i called him, he was Right there with dryers and a dehumidifier to rectify the problem. He was quite concerned and reacted immediately to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone over the "big name" cleaners.

Very professional. Provided services the other two companies did not offer. Guaranteed his work.

prices were high but greatcustomer service and quality of work
