Legacy Construction & Remodeling

They did what we thought was a wonderful job. At the time they replaced our roof ONG was in the process of moving gas meters in our neighborhood. I kept smelling gas, but thought nothing of it until the scent continued after ONG completed their work. We called a plumber and discovered the roofers had hit a gas line with one of the roofing nails. Legacy is refusing responsibility, so we are stuck with the bill and are in the process of hiring a lawyer. A company who doesn?t accept responsibility for their mistakes is not reputable.

Both Jennifer and Miguel quickly responded to every concern and question every step of the way. I will personally recommend Legacy based on price alone, but you will also be very happy with the excellent communication.

Prompt, professional. Excellent customer service! Miguel explained every step of the process. I would definitely use again!

they were very ressponsive.

Just an excellent roofing job and a few repairs done very quickly at the best price I found among several companies.

This was a great experience. Jennifer and Miguel are professionals and know how to work with insurance companies and their clients to provide an excellent outcome.

AMAZING! I hired Legacy to replace my whole roof and gutters. From the beginning of requesting a quote on Angies list on a Sunday evening and received a call within 4 minutes of submitting my request to have Miguel come out the following morning to give me a quote. He was on time and had amazing customer service skills! First impressions are a must in my opinion and he excelled! He was very thorough and explained in great detail exactly what the quote would include and even offered to trim my tree at no charge! I scheduled installation the following Monday and they replaced our roof in less than 5 hours! Did an amazing job with clean-up and even spent extra time with the magnet to ensure all nails were picked up as I have young children and 2 dogs. I did not have to clean up anything after them and they all were friendly and nice! I already referred them to our neighbors and he actually did their quote while coming to pick up the trailer that was used on our job. Highly recommend this company and will definitely hire again should we need any remodeling work done!

They accommodated my financial position with a great price, and worked with my adjuster to unsure that my roof was brought up to current building standards. They did a complete tear off and re deck in one day for 36 squares.

Miguel was great to work with. He listened and worked with me to get what I needed at a price I could afford. I highly recommend going with Legacy!

I.J and his crew was very professional they did the work in a timely manner and it looks great I will recommend this crew to anyone

Any questions you had, they were able to answer. Very nice people, and will hire them again when another project comes up. Have already given their name to other people who need work done. Well done guys. Nice clean up too!!!!

I live out of state, I own a rental in Tulsa, I contacted Legacy through Home Advisor and from the beginning I J the manager was very professional and helped me through the process of replacing my roof, i also had 2 roof leaks that damaged the ceiling so after the work was done outside I J sent over Cody who did a perfect job repairing inside, I recommend completely using this company.

I.J. does what he says. They were quick, polite, did a good job cleaning up and professional.

IJ was very professional, Miguel and his team completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up our yard as they worked. I will used them again for other home projects and also refer Legacy Construction and Remodeling to my family and friends.

I've paid 4 companies to repair my roof in a 3 year period, my roof continued to leak and each company refused to guarantee their work. I spoke with 3 other roofing companies in the past year who refused to work on my house because of my location and because they would ONLY work with financing through an insurance company. I reached out to Legacy Construction & remodeling, researched their work and informed the company that I needed a guarantee that my roof would be completely replaced . I shared with IJ that I had no insurance but I could pay cash for a job well done. IJ informed me that he and his company comes where the work is needed, he also stated that the company could work with me on payments. I had my roof repaired and replaced all in half a day, just as IJ promised. Thanks to Miguel and his crew I no longer have to deal with a leaking roof and I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. ð ¤ If you have struggled with getting some work done on your home consider Legacy Construction & Remodeling they are awesome. They are an honest, hardworking company and everyone from the receptionist to the laborers kept their word. I will continue to utilize their services for house repairs. Thank you all so much for doing exactly what you said you would do, when you said you would do it and for the price originally quoted. It is so difficult finding hard working, fair and honest companies anymore but Legacy Construction & Remodeling is the real deal. Thanks, IJ, Jennifer, Miguel and your entire team my family and I appreciate you all so very much. You will have all of my business and I will continue to refer my family's, friend's, coworkers and clients to your company. Mrs. G. Chaney

These guys, Miguel was in charge, went above and beyond, more so than any other roofers we've used in the past. Very helpful and available and willing to answer any and all questions. They are friendly, efficient, and do more than they even have to and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I.J. did a great job. Very helpful with working with the adjuster. The men he got to come and work were excellent. New their job and worked well. I.J. was great in all aspects of the job. Good man always going the extra mile. Thanks Jerry Marlin

The only issue I had was with clean up...it could've been better. Nails were still around my driveway.

The painters were excellent and they were nice.

They did a great job!

They are really good at making sure you are satisfied with the work. Their sales rep Shannon came over to our place before the projects was started. He stopped by as the project was being done as well to make sure everything was going as planned and what we were looking for. They also follow up with you in person and with a phone call after to make sure you are completely satisfied and to see if there are any touch-ups that need to be made. They have to been great to work with!

Damaged my home, removed all materials when fired after the first day, and now I received a false lien on my home for materials not left, not used, plus the additional cost of hiring a second company to complete. These folks might be roofers, but they are not carpenters! I never received a contract or bid proposal in writing, or signed anything. BEWARE!

It was a great overall experience and a quality work.

Quality service at a quality prices, gone to a bunch of roofers they were the only one that had an adjuster who figured out a great price and saved me a lot!
