Five stars is not enough for Legacy Contracting ! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and couldnâ t believe the detail and pride they put into their work, it was refreshing to see. We hired Legacy for a full Kitchen Remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. We had met with several Kitchen and Bath Re-modelers, but the moment Dave and Matt walked into the house we knew they were the ones. Dave walked around the house and just noticed things everyone else (including myself) had missed. He offered advice and said â Weâ ll fix thatâ to several little things I never even noticed. .We just hoped his bid would not come in too high. We were delighted when they came in at a very fair price. Not the lowest, but well under the highest, we booked them on the spot. On day 1, the crew showed up, and we immediately noticed that everyone that walked through our door was pleasant, thoughtful and meticulous about the jobs they were performing. Our job entailed moving walls, replacing exterior doors on top of the usual demo and cabinet install. The crew worked faster than I ever imagined. Demo was done in a day. The door was out, walls were taken down and parts of the kitchen were taken to the studs. By the second week cabinets were in and countertops were installed. As they were working on the kitchen we kept making the job a little bigger. Asking to redo floors in all the rooms downstairs, and while youâ re at it please paint the whole first floor as well. They handled all our requests with professionalism and courtesy. Dave always came back within a few days with a very fair quote. He was also very thoughtful about helping us to think through our requests. Whereas some contractors would be happy to take your money and do the work, Matt and Dave actually pointed out what I would actually gain for the money I would be spending. I would often ask their thoughts on whether or not something was worth doing and they would give me their honest opinion. Where most contractors told me I was looking at 8 weeks they have finished everything they promised me in just under 6 weeks and then pointed out I have some credits coming back to me. It has been a pleasure dealing with Matt and Dave, as well as their crew. I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks for a job well done and the beautiful kitchen my whole family and I will enjoy for years.

We hired Legacy Contracting for a complex home addition project, where they had to do foundation, roof, face lift the front wall and extend to construct a beautiful new 6X10 entrance with exterior stone work. It's evident from the quality of work that, Dev and his team have extensive experience of complex home remodeling, additions and major renovation projects. They are passionate about their work. They provide attention to details. They started and ended the project in time. (most contractors start the work and go to other work ). Every day they come early and go early. They keep the work site as clean as possible every day. Their pricing is competitive and does not increase from their original estimate. They are doing some additional work with lower than market price. I feel lucky to get them to remodel and beautify my home. We wish them good luck

Legacy contracting completed my bathroom on schedule. They pay attention to details. They come early and leave early everyday and tried their best to keep the house clean. Louis did a lot of extra works for us with a lower-than-market price. Dave and Louis are friendly and nice to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

Matt was great. The price was reasonable. He repaired my support beam on my deck. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Easy to work with and a pleasant experience. I would recommend Legacy Contracting.

I could not be more happy with the addition. We had a full dormer with a bathroom added to our cape style home. Dave and Matt communicated so well with us every step of the way. They were also great about keeping to the budget and time frame! I know I will hire them again for future projects!

We build an addition, Kitchen with full basement underneath. The kitchen is gorgeous! Dave used good subcontractors who were courteous and understanding that we were living in the house while we were living there. He made some suggestion and followed what we decided upon. All permits passed with no problems! We are having him back to do addition work. Definitely recommend him, quality work.
