Had them add a four-season porch to our house, which took more than 2 years to finish and still haven't come back to finish. City still hasn't signed off on permit....no cool. DON'T PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT, as they don't even have their own crews. They subcontracted out work and don't really have control of what happens or when it happens....NOT COOL

Did not take care of my materials. Threw away and put stuff in their personal cars that was suppose to be kept. Did not finish the job in a professional manner.

"The job was wrote up to tear down a mother-inlaw suite in a detached garage in order for the renter to get financed to buy the property. Legacy demoed the area and disposed of the material. Legacy was under the impression that the material was to be tossed in a dumpster. When it was brought to our attention that that was not the case the old flooring was stacked in the garage. This customer was to our knowledge unable to get financed because the city code would not allow the customer to have 2 houses on one property using one address so the project was terminated."

Excellent customer service with a unique roofing scenario. Competitive bid and quality work - the roof looks fantastic. The house and garage were completed and the property was cleaned up by 3 pm! I'd definitely recommend Legacy for a roof replacement and I'll likely call them again for other projects.

We had drywall work done in our basement remodel. The final outcome was wonderful! They quickly responded to our needs and schedules when they were working. They were friendly and they offered suggestions that had not been planned into the project. It was clear that their many years of experience paid dividends for us. They exhibited the integrity that we hoped for in a contractor. Some attention to detail was lacking. We were very pleased overall and would recommend them to others.

We think they did a fantastic job.They came when they said they would,did the job just like they said they would,and were the most courteous workers we're had work on our home. Much of the credit must go to Patrick Roehl, because he was there to answer all of our questions and saw that the job was done the right way. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job. Our thanks to LEGACY and especially to PAT.

Jeff and Lowell responded to my inquiry immediately. They were polite and pleasant. Couldn't get the outside water on so Jeff worked with me resolving the problem so that his crew could access the water needed to steam off the ice dams. Crew was on time and also good to work with. I would recommend this company.

We had a small drywall job and a bathroom "skim coating" done. Excellent work, done on time as promised, looks great, ready to finish. Lowell was our drywall person, very knowledgeable about his profession, very friendly, will call again when and if needed. Will recommend to anybody looking for drywall work. Thank You
