"Hello Claudia, I just want to say that this is very untrue. This wall was constructed by an individual that was not fit for this project. The ROC is the agency that came to inspect and simply told us that we have to take down (PARTIAL) two columns to straighten them up. We have never installed a project and just let the customer be okay with their project if it isn't what they had in mind. It was up to me the CEO to decide on this and decided that the wall was built incorrect and that we needed to redo this project (BEFORE) any inspector came. So, we spent an additional $8,498.76 OVER on this project and took a loss. Out of kindness to you that you had a bad time on this project, and I felt that you and your husband deserved more than this. I have not received a call back yet. We have documented proof of all of this if you would ever like copies of anything. If I could attach them here, then I would. I suppose not always doing the right thing is always the right thing, but we have never installed a bad project to just leave the customer to deal with it. Please stop spreading misinformation."
"Hello Susan, We have installed this project over a year ago now. This project was complete and finalized. We understand that sometimes these very complex machines can be difficult to deal with, but every time we left this jobsite, we had left this project with everything 100% working. This is a very common problem as many companies know. The homeowner might have a small problem, mess with the system, and then it doesnt work correct. We always come out 1-3 times for free to help the customer, then begin to charge a service fee, but, after multiple times of correcting and getting called back with items that are not supposed to be removed from the unit itself is definitely not the correct way to fix this. We have agreed to come out one more time and not because of litigation as this is your right to do so as you will. But, again, to help you both. We have already found the problem and should be corrected today. Thank you."
