Great plumber. Marc was fast and efficient. The cost was fair and the work looks great.

For anyone contacting this business for the first time, Marc answers his phone with 'hello'. You have no idea that you are contacting a plumbing company. He and Brian were very proactive about responding to my issue and came the same day I spoke to them. Unfortunately, they did not properly diagnose the issues we were having so they had to come again, and I paid twice...once for them to rebuild the back of my toilet and auger it ($400), and the second time to replace the entire toilet ($625). They did check on the other toilets throughout the house (which essentially came to rebuilding the tank on only one) but the total for me to replace one toilet came to about $1000. I did ask for a discount when they replaced the toilet (since I had already paid for the work previously done) but instead was required to pay the full cost and got a 'better toilet' than what I asked for. I would rather have had the toilet I asked for and a discount. Regardless, my toilet is fixed and working but I don't feel like I would trust them again for any future plumbing issues.

Marc is a thorough professional. He responds promptly on phone, shows up on time, and does good work. His team finished the original project of replacing the sump pump promptly. On the sump pump, his associate did a satisfactory job but Mark came back to follow up and made it excellent. We were happy with his work and had him come later twice to fix other leaks in pipes elsewhere.

Marc and Brian did an amazing job replacing a leaky garbage disposal in our kitchen. Marc thoroughly explained the work done and ensured it operated efficiently. Will use his services again when needed.

I don’t normally write reviews. Marc Coleman, Owner/Pro Plumber/Sump Pump and Sewer Specialist of Legacy Contractors responded the same day to my request, during a storm, at around 6pm. This man spent the better part of 3 hours removing the old pump, cleaning nearly a foot of sludge and grit in the bottom of the sump basin, and building and piping a new, heavy duty primary and battery powered backup Zoeller pumps. All while storm water was starting to trickle in. Nerves of steel this guy! Neat and clean installation, zip tied and streamlined the cords, made sure everything was perfect. I sleep well now knowing my house and family are safe from massive amounts of groundwater that can rush in during the worst of week long storms, and knowing Marc Coleman is my go to plumber. Phenomenal.

Mark did a great job fining the leak in the pipe and fixing it. He also installed a new faucet in the kitchen. He is very courteous and arrived on time. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

He did complain that he is working by himself and his time was up, although, he appeared to know the system. I reached out to him via phone to re-schedule to give him two days for the new appointments, however, he was a no-show and failed to call me back at all. He works alone, is his excuse.

Gas line got installed, no leaks that I can tell. Haven't hooked up gas stove yet so don't have definitive assessment. Took longer to do than I thought it should, and left gaping holes in basement ceiling. The fitter did clean up after himself though.
