John Kolb and Michael Rowen. We hired them when they both were in having a company LEGACY, our projects were in reunion. We are International clients. They submit falsified invoices to bank and bank issued them deposit according to that. Bank also sued them for the fraud. We filed law suit as well. Reunion and Bella Colina community kicked both of them out. Please do proper due diligence. They work under plumbing company as well. And i think it's their wife(i dunno how she can support her husband for wrong doings) under whose plumbing corporations they work. We hired him to do multiple projects in REUNION RESORT. He produced invoices to bank and asked that he has to pay deposits for custom products. He took money and filled bankruptcy. Guys aware of these people MICHAEL ROWEN, John Kolb. Also they have plumbing company under wife?s name as well. Kept in constant contact and gave updates informing us what to expect for the coming week.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable (all the people doing the work). I felt like Mike the owner was very honest and made sure everything was completed to my approval. I will use them again when I start my next project.

John and Shawna are the A Team of home remodeling!!! They did an amazing job helping us with two unique and different bathroom remodels. From working through design ideas, being incredibly flexible with meet up days and times, and constantly checking with us and the work crew, the jobs were done professionally and the final product exceeded our expectations.

I am writing to highly recommend Mike Rowen, Owner of Legacy Custom Built Homes! We recently had a serious mold issue in our master bathroom that required the tearing out of cabinets, drywall, shower, flooring, etc. After the moldy materials were removed, our beautiful bathroom had been reduced to a big, ugly, unusable mess! We needed a company to rebuild our bathroom fast and right, so we contacted Home Adviser. I received a list of fine contractors, but was more than a little nervous as to whom I should hire since most of the insurance money was used up to rid the bathroom of mold. So, I called Mike Rowen of Legacy who calmly reassured me that he would meet our budget even with some added upgrades. Mike was really great about communicating with us regularly as well as being punctual with the project stages. Now we have a bathroom more beautiful that our previous one, and honestly feel very lucky to have found Mike! We will only use Legacy for all our future remodeling needs. Thanks again, Mike, you are the best!
